100 Spars!

Open to all LCTKD Self Defence Arts students.
Saturday 18th November, 10a.m. to 1p.m.
Broom Village Hall

This is the supreme challenge. 100 bouts of sparring in 3 hours. And in fancy dress! The exact fancy dress for this year is to be decided, but it's always not only a test of your fitness and sparring skills, but a huge amount of crazy fun. As you can see from the photo of a recent event, where we even had a Roman centurian in full armour!

It's free but let us know you are coming as there's a surprising amount of preparation required.

TKD Pad Drills
