Our long standing relationship with The Artrix in Bromsgrove saw us resume regular classes on a Wednesday at 2-3 p.m. from September, 2025, led once again by a team under the hugely experienced teacher Michelle Baker. Those classes have been so popular, we are now offering Tuesday afternoon classes, also 2-3 p.m. The Tuesday classes are different. Find out about them both below.

Wednesdays 2 - 3 p.m.

Our Wednesday classes are popular, mixed ability classes with students from beginner to Instructor, and with a teaching team that ensures there is plenty of help to allow beginners to settle in and learn at their own pace.

From June to mid September, these classes move outdoors, at the slightly earlier time of 1.30 p.m. at:

Stoke Heath Recreation Ground
Corner Hanbury Rd and Redditch Road (A38)
B60 4JP

The classes are part of our subscription scheme, allowing you to attend not only those classes but others at Bournheath, Droitwich, Peopleton and Badsey, all for just £28 per month - or only £12 if you are on a low income. There are family and annual payment discounts too.

Tuesdays 2 - 3 p.m.

Not part of our regular subscription scheme just yet, the Tuesday classes are intended to offer something different. They will be:

short courses of 5 or 6 weeks
focused on beginners
helping you discover Tai Chi from the very start
through the spring
with the possibility of an ongoing class

Our first course runs for five weeks:

Tuesday 24th February to Tuesday 24th March inclusive.
