Tuesdays
There are two sessions of martial arts for grown ups, both of which are built around adults.
Doors open for practice 5.30 p.m.
6-7 p.m. Enso
7-8 p.m. TaeKwonDo

Our classes in Badsey, Evesham, on a Tuesday evening have been running since 2008, and are led by our hugely experienced Chief Instructor, multiple Black Belt Neil R. Hall, with a team of teachers.

The first is an Enso session, in which students aged even over 80 years old can choose to practice traditional weapons arts including the deeply philosophical Japanese sword art, Iaido, as well as our specialist self defence and weapons art for older students, Ensodo, in a relaxed, friendly and insightful environment which mixes very experienced teachers with new beginners.

The second is a TaeKwonDo session with Douglas Knight, Tilly Allen, and other teachers. It's a class favoured by highly experienced martial artists doing exciting stuff, while still making new beginners very welcome and supported, and having a great deal of fun!
