This is where to find out about our class in Bournheath with LCTKD, led by Tai Chi Instructor Sheriden Rollo.

From mid September to early June classes are held in Bournheath Village Community Centre.
From early June to mid September classes return to where they began, outdoors at Fairfield Recreation Ground.

Classes are in Tai Chi and the closely related art of Qigong, and are designed for recent and new beginners.
