Set Sparring

We prefer to use our students in videos.  Please remember that all martial artists, however experienced, are not perfect and are still striving for perfection.

Obviously, the videos you see will not be perfect, so we recommend that you use them as a helpful guide, not as something exact to copy.

Make sure to check the drills with your instructor.
Working hard?  Need a break? Listen to some of our great music:

Through your martial arts journey, you will need to learn many different drills. Our Handbook, which you can order through the link on the left, describes every drill you need to Black Belt.  Below you can see three step sparring.  There are 3 videos featuring numbers 1-3 on the top left (for yellow belt), numbers 4-6 on the top right (for green belt), and numbers 7-10 at the bottom (for blue belt).  Thanks to Jack Cockle, George Fleming and George Bingham for demonstrating them for the videos.  Double click on them to take you to the video on our YouTube site, where you can see them in full screen.
