We hold classes throughout the week, in London, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire, and we’re growing all the time (If you’d be interested in opening a class for us, please see our instructors page).
The majority of our public classes are in ITF style Taekwondo, following the syllabus of the Independent Taekwondo Schools, but each one also teaches other aspects of fitness and martial arts, including self defence and weapons work, relevant to the age, experience, and background of the students. All of our classes are great for fitness, self confidence, and fun!
And we are the only school to teach the new martial art for grown ups, ensodo.
