1 p.m. Ensodo Movement and Ensodo Original

The URC Hall is just across from the library, by the mini-roundabout at the top end of the high street of this beautiful Cotswold village.

Ensodo Movement and Ensodo original classes run at the same time, sometimes together, and sometims in parallel. The Movement class is a non-contact version, emphasising the gentle wellbeing side of the art, similar to Tai Chi.

The Ensodo original class includes more traditional aspects of martial arts, including sparring and self defence, though geared specifically to older students.
